By using MAD! Creative's website and services, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
MAD! Creative offers creative services including, but not limited to, graphic design, branding, web design, social media marketing, and consultation. Specific project terms will be agreed upon individually.
Prices for our services will be provided in individual quotes. Payment must be made according to the agreed terms. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest.
All creative work created by MAD! Creative remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. After full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client according to the agreed license agreement.
The number of included revisions will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond those agreed upon may incur extra costs.
If a project is cancelled by the client, MAD! Creative reserves the right to invoice for work completed up to the time of cancellation. If the project is cancelled by MAD! Creative, a full refund will be made for work not performed.
The client is responsible for providing necessary materials, information, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure timely project completion. Delays from the client's side may affect the project timeline.
MAD! Creative is not liable for indirect loss or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We respect the confidentiality of our clients' projects and will not share confidential information with third parties without express permission.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts.
